Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

These Terms & Conditions govern the Gym Competitions promotion operated by [LEGAL PROMOTER NAME], whose registered/business address is [ADDRESS].

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to persons aged 18 years or over who meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions. The promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of age and eligibility.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on 8 October 2026 and closes on 15 January 2027 at 9:00 PM UK time. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

4. Prizes

The available prizes may include a 6-month, 1-year, 2-year or 3-year gym membership, as specified on the relevant competition page. The prize offered for each individual competition will be clearly stated before entry.

5. Entry

Entrants must follow the entry instructions displayed on the Gym Competitions website. Available entry packages and their corresponding number of entries will be clearly displayed before payment.

Current packages include £1 for 1 entry, £2 for 2 entries, £3 for 3 entries, £4 for 4 entries, £5 for 5 entries, £10 for 10 entries, £20 for 20 entries, £30 for 30 entries, £40 for 40 entries, £50 for 50 entries, £60 for 60 entries, £70 for 70 entries, £80 for 80 entries, £90 for 90 entries, £100 for 100 entries, £120 for 150 entries and £130 for 220 entries (120 entries plus 100 bonus entries).

6. Legal Entry Mechanism

The promoter will operate the competition using the legally compliant mechanism confirmed by its legal adviser. Where a free-entry route is required, its availability, method, closing time and treatment within the draw will be stated clearly in the final Terms & Conditions and promotional material.

7. Payment

Payments for paid entries will be processed securely through Stripe. An entry will only be treated as a paid entry once successful payment has been confirmed.

8. Entry Numbers

Following confirmed entry/payment, official Entry Numbers will be generated and allocated to the entrant. Entry Numbers will be recorded against the relevant competition entry and must not be altered after allocation except where necessary to correct a genuine technical or administrative error.

9. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected using the method specified in the final legally approved competition rules. Where a random computer process is used, the promoter will retain appropriate evidence demonstrating how the process operated and that the draw was conducted in accordance with the applicable rules.

10. Facebook Live Draw

The planned Facebook Live draw will take place on 15 January 2027 at 9:05 PM, subject to the final legally approved competition rules. The relevant Facebook Live information will be displayed on the website.

11. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact information supplied when entering. The winner may be required to provide reasonable information to verify their identity, age and eligibility before receiving the prize.

12. Prize Award

The advertised prize will be awarded in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. If the advertised prize cannot reasonably be provided, any replacement will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and the final approved competition rules.

13. Disqualification

The promoter may disqualify an entrant where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, attempted fraud, manipulation, multiple prohibited entries, breach of these Terms & Conditions or other conduct that compromises the fair operation of the competition.

14. Personal Information

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

15. Changes and Cancellation

The promoter will not change these Terms & Conditions retrospectively in a way that unfairly disadvantages entrants. Any permitted change, cancellation or postponement will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the final approved competition rules.

16. Complaints

Competition-related complaints should be submitted to [CONTACT DETAILS]. The promoter will investigate complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.

17. Governing Law
